So far on air cooling with an Asus Arctic Square w/ arctic silver 5 I have oc'd my cpu to 3.0 ghz at 8x376 using the ram in my sig and a ration of 1:1.

I wanted to know how high you think I can go with my current configuration? I know it varies from cpu to cpu and what not but give me a general idea. I am not sure how far I can push it without having to tweak the ram settings and voltages.
 
odd that i get a slightly higher 3dmark than you, with an e4400 at 2.7 ghz..

and an 8800GTS 320mb
