Abit IP35 Pro Bios question

I'm going to run Vista 32 bit Home premium on a Raptor 160 SATA drive and have a pair of 750Gb SATA drives I'm going to run in RAID 0. What BIOS settings should I choose for my new build? I already have an extra Vista Home Premium 32 bit or I would go with the 64 bit version (is there an option to change?).

Anyway, in the IP35 Bios under Integrated peripherals->On chip SATA Device->SATA Mode there are 3 options:
1. IDE
2. RAID
3. AHCI

Which mode should I select?

Also, under Integrated peripherals->Onboard PCI device->Storage controller (Controller Mode), the same 3 options are offered. Which one should I choose?

Thanks,

Joe M.

Well, I know IDE isn't the right answer, AHCI sounds good but RAID is what I'll try since I know I need RAID.
Thanks.
