Abit IP35-E or MSI NEO2-FR?

I am looking to buy a mobo and is confused between Abit IP35-E and MSI NEO2-FR mobo.

Which of them is better? Anandtech has a review of MSI but Abit is nowhere to be found....

What should I buy? Which overclocks better?

Has anyone compared Abit IP35-E to MSI NEO2-FR? Which is better in terms of overclocking?

Also can I achieve a 8 X 475 = 3800MHz speed on my E6750 easily on one of these boards? Which one will overclock easily?
