Known "problems" with this board: Picky about RAM, "double boot" issue, "cold boot" issue, some PSU incompatibilities.
I've encountered all so far, except the PSU incompatibilities.
I bought one from Mwave, one from Newegg. Mwave's rebate got here. Newegg's rebate is MIA. :|
You'll want to use RAM that is exactly JEDEC specs. This means avoid using RAM that is listed as needing anything more than 1.8v. Some will work, but those are the picky ones. When they don't work, you can use some other RAM to "jumpstart" the motherboard and manually set timings/voltage, then shut down and swap RAM, and it'll work.
eWiz has OEM chips for around $62 + shipping. Sometimes cheaper if linked through Froogle - er, I mean Google Products.

Some of the reviews says board could be picky on PSU and ram used.

If only Micro Center still sold the E2140 for $60, or if there was some other place that sold it cheap.
