im fairly certain this is ECS made. ECS - tatung is what they are called now, and they are just about as big as asus as far as motherboard manufacturing.

ECS makes a lot of low cost boards, and thus the low reputation. There are a lot of ocompanies that rebrand boards like that.

When BFG was making boads, they weere all actually chaintech boards rebranded. The evga brand boards a large majority of them were made by jetway . etc.
