Abit IC7 vs Abit IC7-Max III for overclocking

Is the abit IC7 Max III signifigantly better for overclocking than the Abit IC7? Newegg has a good price right now, so if I am going to get it I want to get it while the gettin's good.

i dont need all the extra features beyond the ones that apply to overclocking. How does it compare in terms of overclocking?

the plain IC7 is a better OCer then the Max3. (personal experience)

If you are overclocking a Prescott, then the OTES feature (cools the mosfets) is great. Other then that, the regular IC7 for Northwoods is just fine.
