ABIT IC7 Serial Number

Hey. I've got an ABIT IC7 that has a failed IDE Controller, so I need to RMA it. Abit's website doesn't want to take what looks to me like the most serial number-ish thing on the board. I was hoping that someone else here with the board can give me a rough idea of what exactly it is I'm looking for. Abit's RMA help shows serial numbers including dashes and the product's model name. The best I can find is about 15 digits long with neither.

Look on the box, there should be a sticker with the serial number on it.
