Abit IC7 Max3 or Abit IS7? Is it worth the upgrade?

I already have an ABIT IS7 at home that is ready to go with a 2.4C and watercooling. I have a DangerDen MAZE 3 CPU Waterblock and a Danger DEN zchipset waterblock. I am debating on weather or not to upgrade the board to the new Abit IC7 MAX3. Would there be a major difference in performance and overclocking if I bag the IS7 and go with the IC7 MAX3?

As long as you had fast enough memory to keep a 1:1 ratio I doubt you would see a difference.

I'm running 1 gig of CorsairXMS 3500 Platinum series. I'm actually thinking about moving up to a DDR500 set. I'm still debating though. I probably will.

If your planning to run 1 gig DDR500 I would bump up to a 3.0C for $290 instead. Since either way (2.4 or 3.0) you are probably top out around 3.4 even with water cooling I would forget about buying the faster memory.
