ABIT DB7 and AUDIGY owners please advise

Hello,

This board (the BD7) is being a pain as far as the getting the SB Audigy to work on it. Even though I have disabled the audio, midi port in the BIOS etc each time I install the Audigy drivers from the CD it reboots and then thinks ahhh he installed these for the onboard sound. The AC2001 must be in some way compliant with the EMUK101 chip because that's what gets listed as the audio device.

My question is how did you guys get round this? It cannot accept I do not want the onboard audio.

Run out of ideas myself, maybe you guys have a fresh mind to help out a fellow in need here.

Thanks bunches
