Abit Bios Settings - Good Definitions

I was wondering if there is a web site out there that has good definitions of what each setting is and what it does, and what the optimal setting would be. I am not referring to the basic IDE settings or COM port settings, but the more advanced ones (DRAM Bank Interleave, MD Driving Strength, etc.. etc...) If you have anything you can share I would greatly appreciate it !
