Abit Bh6 Not booting.

I know this motherboard is old but its for a mp3 machine. I have a p2 450 in it. With a Ati All in wonder pro Agp. The problem is:
If the motherboard is cool "not been turned on in 5 min" it boots fine. But once you turn off the motherboard and turn it back on all you get is long beeps. I looked at the beep codes but the highest beep code theyhave is 10..mine goes on forever. (there long beeps). Now if i let the mother board sit for 5 min after turning it off it will work fine.
Things I have tried:
Leaving it on all night.
different video (apg and pci)

Have any ideas?

Every now and then you'll run into a BH6 that does strange things.

One of my BH6's (I have two) hangs when starting from a cold boot if the room temperature falls below 70-72 degrees. Reboot it and it runs fine.

I wouldn't know what to tell you except try changing the memory, flashing the bios to the latest version. And check the cooling.
