Abit BH6 and PC100 ram

I am currently running an ABIT BH6 with PC100 ram, and an Intel PII300 @ 450. I am considering replacing my processor, and don't want to replace my ram. What is the best option with this board and ram?

Celeron II 533 or 566. Run at 100 FSB (or so) at 800 and 850 mhz. Just read here. Tons of threads on the subject.

cel 566a at 850 is your best bet

Actually I would go for a 533a, as it should be more likely to go to 800 than the 566@850, and if you're lucky you'll be able to do 896 with a FSB of 112.
