Abit BD7-RAID - Need someone to confirm its specs/BIOS options

We (me in other words) plan to use the above board for the Geforce4 roundup I have been writing up. After some shortfalls with EPOX failing to deliver a BIOS fix we cannot use the 4BDA2+ anymore.

I need someone here either geek enough to memorize the specs of an owner to confirm the BD7 has a Vcore upto 2.2V or so and is precise, in other words when set to 1.85V it supplies 1.85V and not something like 1.77V which the Epox has been giving us.

In fact why not list all the overclocking options the BD7 has if you could, I cannot locate the PDF manual.

Any overclocking experiences with the BD7 would be welcome here too, the board has to be stable which I'm sure it is if thre GF4 benchmark results are ever to see light at T3D.

Your input will be appreciated.

I myself don't own a BD7 but I have been looking into it because I may get on in the near future. One of it's shortcomings seems to be it only supplies 1.7 or 1.6 something volts to the cpu. There may be a new BIOS though that allows for higher voltages though so I don't know.

If that's true then its way not enough. I expect 1.85V at least, how else do they expect to overclock a P4 to 2.8GHz+

I am very picky towards it being 1.85V when its set to 1.85V for example.

Yes I see what you mean.

The latest BIOS is December 2001.

If only a BD7 owner could come here and say yeah its 2.2V or yeah its 1.675V even now.

Anand wouldn't lie, I feel he's the type of guy who gets his facts straight. Then again it's easy to get mixed up, the TH7-II is upto 2.2V for sure.

The Epox does this at over 2.7GHz, the Vcore won't go higher.

It's hard to say if this is a real problem until some BD7 users decide to share their stories here within the thread.
