$145 vs $133 for those who don't feel like clicking links

Or the Chaintech VNF4 Ultra, for under $110. :)

Weren't these released in October, according to Abit? At least thats what all the Ads I saw online said, along with the press release. ;)

Hmm, I wish that Epox board would come to my local store. Also, I wish I could see it head to head with the DFI, or Soltek, or Abit... :)
I am a tad nervous about the memory troubles the DFI has been having, as I will be getting the Corsair Value Select .

At that price, the board looks pretty good. From what I've read, the AV8 was a pretty good board, and this looks quite similar. If they've fixed the temp sensor problem, that would be great. The passive cooling is nice compared to their nForce4 offering. I sure wish some site would review it soon.

Well, I ordered one. I'll post my experiences with it once I receive it and build the system.

Why are you assuming the guy wants an nForce 4 motherboard when the original post was about a VIA K8T890 motherboard?

Dude a BIOS update will fix the Corsair Value memory troubles. If you don't wanna update BIOS a couple simple settings in the BIOS will fix them.

I've heard of everyone with memory troubles with corsair VS had went away with either a update or fixing the timings in the BIOS.

I'm probably going to run it stock for awhile before I consider overclocking. And even then, I'll probably start with Abit's auto-overclocking options.
