Abit AV8 Overclocking

Thank you so much. Yes, cool and quiet is on! Is there any disadvantage to having it that way if I'm not an overclocker?

actually hardcore overclockers dont like cool and quiet on because they say it may slow down the computer a fraction..... havent noticed it myself though.....
what you will notice is hopefully the savings in power bill and the temperature being very low if its just idle

anyways , "cool and quiet" is definitley one of the features that makes the amd64 better than the p4 atm....
