Having some issues with my new toy. Won't POST, the LED code block stops on 04 or 26 every time. Tried resetting CMOS a few times, no good. Removed battery & checked voltage, was good, still tried replacing with new one.. still no joy.
Config as follows:
ABIT AT8
AMD Opteron 150
2x1GB G.SKILL Extreme PC3200 2-3-2-5-1T
Sapphire X1900XT
WD Raptor 36GB
Hitachi ATA100 250GB
NEC 3550A DVD Burner
Mitsumi FA404 Floppy/Media Reader
PC Power & Cooling 510SLi
Have also tried removing X1900XT & replacing w/ FX5500 PCI vid card... no help, same codes.
Tried running a single stick of memory, in each slot, both sticks tried.
Have tried unhooking everything but DVD drive & the Raptor, same results.
Occasionally during startup (in any configuration) it would power up & then shut completely down.
At my wits end here, people.. any help is appreciated.
