Abit AN7 temps suddenly up

My AN7 idle/load temps have gone from 32/48 to 40/53. I've re-applied my Artic Silver 5 twice so far but it hasn't helped. My "quiet" rig is not so quiet any more. Any ideas?

try flashing the bios to the newest one, sometimes they fix temp issues.

I've been using the latest bios for 2 months.
