ABC recycling their actors

Has anyone noticed this recently? I see a lot of actors from Lost or whatever showing up on other ABC shows as small roles.

When we're watching TV and my wife or I recognizes a minor actor we look it up on IMDB and invariably they were on a Law & Order.

of course they would... LOST is one of their most popular shows...
when an actor/actress is off contract for LOST, makes sense they'd try to put them on another show.... for the bleedoff effect.

I think JJ Abrams strong suit is casting. It really shows in Lost. Many of the actors there had a chance to show off their skills, and now they are on other shows.
Besides, Lost is a show with many actors, most of whom don't get a whole lot of air time. Its another way for them to make some bucks, and ABC to keep them happy.
