Well after much reading and searching Ive decided to forget going to socket 939 right now. I really wanted a socket 939 board using the Nforce 3 chipset. I know some people have had no problems with their MSI or Gigabyte boards, however it seems too many people are having sometype of problems with these boards. At least too many people for my taste. So I have decided to wait and get a socket 754 3200+ and DFI lan party board. Someone mentioned here about going to 754 and waiting till next year when Nforce 4 is matured and dual core Athlons are out, that sounds like a good idea.

thanks for all the help :)

socket 754 is just a socket type... the CPU's still work good when compared to a S939 chipset, its not like you are really losing much by going 754.

good decision IMO.
