Theese past days has'nt been the best.

First i recieved a new Case Chieftec fulltower with watercooling :D
Then i took all the hardware out of my old cabinet and started to mount in the new. :)
The coolerheads was VERY hard to get to fit, and when they finally was in place, the hoses were collapsing due to the size
( too small ) of the loop. :(
I went to town to try and find NEW hoses and fittings. NO GO ( it was saturday ) Bummer
The only place i knew of that had the things i needed did'nt open until monday :(
That lost me 2+ days of SETICRUNCHING :(

Well monday morning i went to pick up the Things and it was all in stock :)
Started mounting. That was a Bitch, but in the end i was finally done :)
But out of time ( i had some things i just had to do ) :(
I got back and started it up :)
Wow watercooling :) BUT HEY those temps just kept climbing :(
I Guess in my eager to make the hoses straight to prevent them from collapsing, i sacrificed the waterflow :(
Well i thought i will let it run for a couple of days ( SETI Ofcourse ) and then take another look at it.
Had about 8 - 10 wu's :) WHEN my harddisk DIED on me :|
BUMMER

Well all this has cost me about 4-5 days of Wu's :|

And in the final of a race :( ( Race to crunch a 1000 with a crazy twist )

And still the temps are NOT what i expected of this watercooling kit :(

I HOPE THINGS GET BETTER !!!

I feel your pain!! I checked my SetiQueue and found that a 1.2 GHz T-bird has been down for 3d4h29m! :( I will not be home to fix it until Friday!

I shipped out a laptop today, bye bye WUs. :(
Our dual PII400 server at home has been down since yesterday morning, and we won't be able to work on it until this weekend. :( I was thinking about moving the SETIQ over to it, it's a good thing we didn't do that yet. :Q
I'm going out of town tomorrow, which means my laptop will be off more than it is on for the next couple of days. :(

I also found out that I probably won't be getting the IBM Netfinity dual Xeon 700mhz server back either. headquarters was supposed to configure it as a backup server and ship it back. Now they're planning on using an old used Compaq server instead. :( I was afraid that if they got their grubbly little hands on it they wouldn't want to give it back. (It was doing WUs in ~5h28min each CPU).

*sigh* low numbers. No prospects for increasing numbers. *sigh*

:(

I'm losing my router every 2 - 3 minutes. Flashed the firmware ... no help. Linksys offered to replace it if it was less than one year old. Looks like it is one year and a month or two. Ugh.
