You'd have to be a masochist to use that Celery for a win10/11 build. A sadist to use if for someone else's.

I agree with Nerd, don't buy it for any reason. Because whatever you are thinking of using it for, there is a better alternative.

As to APU v. cheap CPU+dGPU, it depends on the use case. Hard to beat the $300 AM4 build Nerd did with a robust upgrade path in mind. OTOH, if just looking to get the most now, with plans to replace the whole thing when you can afford it? Now older parts with a dGPU makes a lot more sense in the same price range.

However, that Celery never enters the chat. ;)

It could act as an entry level CPU for junior. Making a kid go from this CPU to a Core i3 and upwards on the same mobo with improving grades can be a good motivation strategy :p

I don't know, here in the U.S. that might constitute child abuse. :joycat:
LOL.

Lil Jimmy, talking to his friends online. "Yeah, my parents got me a new PC." "What's it got in it?" "A Celeron" "Jimmy, quick, call child-protective services!" "Why?" "Your parents are abusing you!!"
