Actually, aside from a couple of episodes of Alan Partridge, the only thing I've seen Coogan in is "The Trip" with Rob Brydon.

It wasn't meant to be completely obvious it was meant to have clues even someone who's never heard of Steve Coogan could figure it out using the information I've provided.

I've never seen how not to live your life but I've heard good things
