sh!t, man, you guys are F'ing hillarious!! See, Windogg, not all is lost. Well, okay, so everything important is lost; atleast ya got a place to rant.

I really really REALLY like the idea of hitting her in the face with the keyboard repeatedly and "...oh, did that hurt?"

LMFAO 😀😀😀😀😀😀😀😀😀😀😀😀

Windogg: I share your pain.. I had a similar incident yesterday.. I was at work, DLing a hugh update patch for the accounting software package(20MB, but I'm on 26400bps modem).. I made a fatal mistake going to get some water to drink in the kitchen when it's about 16MB done. When I came back, I saw a temp worker is sitting on that computer (It's a shared computer, but usually it's for me (admin) to use). And found out she killed the download and close down the browser.. saying that she has an important piece of text to typed out!!! I can almost feel my blood erupting through my head....

Let just said I made it clear that NO ONE will touch that computer when I AM USING it...

littrally, i was laughing out loud, till this cold i have made me start hacking and coughing again. WIndogg, I've had similar happen to me, spent an hour working on an ad, Then went to insert a CD, and that big obvious power button, drew my eyes like a moth to a light in the dark... needless to say, I rebuilt the ad in an hr and half....

Egads, Windogg, that would have sent me over the edge. Don't they live in fear of IT at your place? You need to work on that... 😛

Can you twist this into leverage for a faster machine despite budget cuts? You see, boss, we missed this customer deadline because I have a five year old machine...

i say downgrade her computer to a 486 with a 13" black and white moniter 😛 tell her that all faster computers are needed back because of budget cuts or something 😉

Windogg: I have a 12" mono monitor that you could let her use for a while. It can plug into the computer's power supply so she won't need that cable!

This has to be the most retarded story I've heard all month. What kind of idiot walks into an office and proclaims, "oh, I need a cable just like this," and just decides to yank out a cable that's plugged in?

But equally important, is she fine? If she is, she can make it up to you by doing a few favors 😉

Windogg, I am wondering is she is one of those 10 people you hate in the company?

You should've took that cable and beat her with it. But her running out of the room was kinda funny, at least she saw the error of her ways.

But isn't amazing how people get most annoyed when they're around a computer? How many times have you smashed your keyboard or smacked the screen? Do you ever throw the remote out of the window cause you TV lost reception for 5 seconds? Nope didnt think so 😱

OMG... Working at Intel for a year brings back good memories of that LanDesk tool and the TAC support that took forever to call.

You'll have ALOT of fun if you have a decompiler and can get rid of the scripting that asks the other user if they'll accept giving permission to you. 😀

Had one fellow come in when I was doing a disk defrag on a machine and thought the machine was locked up and decided to hit the reset button. OOOOP! He wiped out his FAT tables and the machine would not boot. Required a re-install of Windows. He lost a bit of info too. I was thinking about reformating his hard drive to teach him a lesson, but didn't.

Your not looking at the big picture here, if you had a faster puter
none of this would have happened, so i say go harvest her organs and by the fastest computer possible, now that would teach her... 😀

<< Next time you see her workin on the computer, go up to the tower and hit the reset button and say, oops was that important? >>

LMAO, i busted into a laugher when i read that. good one 😉
