The data server is up and running, but dropping connections

Right now the data server machine is up, but not all clients are able to connect. This is due to our server being swamped with requests, and usually happens right after a server outage, or if there are greater network/database problems we are currently trying to fix. Please try connecting later.

well at least when they get thier "network/database problems" sorted out they have the bandwidth to "catch up" much quicker.😛

just a hiccup I'm sure(I hope).😉
 
It's the work of the death fog that enshrouded the bay area today. It's managed to work it's way up the hill and is probably attacking the SETI servers right now. I hope it doesn't find my office! :Q
 
Ooohhh! is that a relative of the "blob"? kinda sounds like it. we usually only have a younger sibling-"patchy fog" here. altho, killer lightning does make frequent appearences.:|😕
