Have you ever--ever--heard of anyone breaking a timing belt that was changed regularly?
One person has already come forward in this thread. I think I recall NFS4 dropped a timing belt that hed been replaced relatively recently on his camry a few years back.
Perhaps a more probable event here is hitting a roo, especially if you can't avoid country driving around dawn/dusk, and a big boomer is quite likely to incapacitate your vehicle.
Perfect maintenance, but you'll still need a tow
Personally I don't mind paying an utterly insignificant amount of money each year for the cover the RAC provide, at the end of the day.
