AA-powered Bluetooth audio receiver?

I'm a little bit sick of headphone cords tethered to my phone. I don't want a wireless Bluetooth headphone because I'm very happy with the wired phones that I have now. I also don't like the idea of a non-replaceble battery that will eventually die and make the device disposable.

So maybe something like a Bluetooth audio receiver that runs off of a single AA or AAA battery? I can just plug my corded headphones into the receiver, wrap the cord around it, and call it a day.
