Does anyone know if there is a way to enable font antialiasing in existing Swing components? I took a liberty of creating a new look and feel and in a process I added a support for antialiasing, however these feature exsists only in this custom look and feel and I'd love to be able to use AA fonts under any L&F ( Metal/Motif/etc ). It's quite suprising that SUN added this great feature ( along with other hints ) , yet they failed to add the support for existing widgets ... that is unless there's a way, which I have yet to discover 🙂
