A8nsli rma time those jerks @ asus

ok my system sucks talk to the tech guys @ asus {A8n sli deluxe} and they say its rma time I said ok np.
Now the thing is I will be without a mb for 2 weeeks they will not cross ship or anything. I cant believe this I need my mb and system. I called newegg and they said nope asus will replace it we wont..... This is crazy I will give them my credit card to cross ship but noooooooo they wont do it those jerks!!! I am really mad @ asus and the rma return policy they have setup ......:disgust::roll::brokenheart:
 
I had a bad A8N-SLI and I called ASUS tech support. They told me I'd get a call back within 24 hours. They didn't. So, I called back again and they said they'd have somebody call me. They never did. I signed up to RMA the board and I never got any reply on that either.

So, I RMA'd the board through the store where I bought it (ComputerHQ). They wouldn't cross ship either. So, I sent my mobo to them. They received it on Tuesday and supposedly sent out a replacement yesterday. I had to pay for most of the shipping as well.

The whole RMA experience is rather frustrating.
 
Ya i called asus last week they took my name and number and never called. I did this 2 times difffernt days today I got lucky and spoke with somebody I am thinking about just returning the board and getting something else...........
 
OH i bought a 20-24 pin converter for my ps at newegg for 4 bucks I suggest anybody who needs it get 1...
