Ryangus, I am running the same setup and found that Nvidia's beta NForce chipset drivers work much much better than their current release drivers. The release video drivers worked fine for me. Just go to
Nvidia and search for Windows 64 to find the drivers. Install the chipset drivers, restart, then install the graphics drivers. Rock solid for me (at least as far as Windows goes).
