A8N-SLI Premium Vidcard/Video Issue

Heya All, I just purchased the following.

Asus A8n-SLI Premium
Corsair 1gig XMS (cmx1024-3200)
Antec TruePower 2.0 550W (EPS12V)
Evga Geforce 6800GS 256 Video Card.
AMd Athlon 64 3700

Included in my rig (but not new)
2 wd400gig SATA HDD's
1 WD 250JB HDD
1 WD 200JB HDD
LiteOn DVD-rom, TDK 48xCD/RW

I Seem to be having one issue which is Driving me nuts.
Whenver I go into the Display Panel to change settings (From Secondary Monitor to TV and/or HDTV resolutions). After a short while or when I want to Exit the Panel I get an Error that states
"DATA EXECUTION PREVENTION -Microsoft WINDOWS" To Help Protect the computer, windows has closed the program.
Beneath that it says
Name: Run A Dll as an App.
It also loads Drwatson which Proceeds to Crash and untill I hit CTRL ALT DEL
and END TASK it in the PROCESS, I can't use the display Settings again.

Has anyone encountered anything similar to this? I've tried it with clean install different Video Card, different RAM and same issue occurs. I'm at my wits end. I did Install the NVIDIA Drivers and will uninstall it soon. Do you think it is more Software related or Hardware (meaning I ought to RMA some part "motherbard?" "PSU"?).

They all have EVENT ID: 1000
(Beneath are the 4 different Descriptions The Drwatson Crash occurs right after the rundll32.exe Crash)

I have a similar setup and problem. Adjustments made on the Screen Resolutions and Refresh Rates Tab will trigger the DATA EXECUTION PREVENTION after a short delay.

It started when I update the ForceWare version to 81.95 from version ??

I tried ?
System Properties>Advanced>Performance>Settings>Data Execution Prevention
?Turn on DEP for all programs and services except those I select: |x| Run a Dill as an App?
? However, this did not stop the error.

I don?t think you should worry about it being a hardware problem.
