A8N-SLI Premium owners: Which BIOS are you using and why?

Just wanted to know if a certain BIOS works better than the other. I'm running 1007-02 right now, and to be honest, I don't kow what the difference is from the 1006-02. Any input on this guys would be nice. Thanks

With the 1007-002...mine wont show me anything past 1.45 vcore...but others said it shows on their rigs...so who knows! LOL I ended up going back down to the 1006-002

Were you able to flash down to the older BIOS via Asusupdate in Windows or did you have to do the floppy way? I can't seem to flash down to older versoin of BIOS through Asusupdate in windows

I downloaded the file, extracted it to my desktop and falshed it in windows using asus update: flash bios from file. Worked fine for me...thankfully because I don't have a floppy drive

In order to downgrade your bios usin Asus Update, you need to click onto Options and click the downgrade bios option. I have noticed n difference between 1006.002 and 1007.002 but had all sorts of problems with 1006.004.

Thanks for the replies guys.

I've searched the 1007-02 Bios over and over for any differences and I can't find any.

Thanks for the tip about downgrading the BIOS.
