A8N-SLI Premium BIOS 1009.001

Installed. Vcore the same as 1008.003. The only difference I noticed is that the PCI-e Frequency setting has a only a range of 100-145 and default is 100mhz, previously it was 200mhz.

Every mobo has bugs and issues. Even DFI is coming out with new revised nf4 mobo's b/c of all of their issues that have fried mobo's and memory modules.

Personally, all of the issues of this board can be worked around, unless you have a case that inverts the motherboard.

Well, I understand that there is never truly bug free hardware.

I guess what I'm trying to say is that this was the most problematic build I've ever had, and I'm not very happy with how Asus has responded to the issues.

You can work around that just fine, remove the heat pipe.......

Any reason this isn't listed on the U.S. site yet?

I get the feeling this is a Beta release since most of the final releases don't have decimals.

Got mine inverted. I have no problems anymore by glueing a cooler onto the heatblock on the mcp... 53°C under load.

Only change with new bios is the PCIe frequency then... no need to bother then.

HOw about the 2 LAN port bug.. fix yet? my comp been crashing everynite when I go to bed.. weird hey.. lol
