A8N-SLI OCing Should I use the AI Booster program?

I have not OCed before. I have an Asus A8N-SLI Deluxe and a 3500+ winchester. What are the pros and cons to using the AI Booster program and AI NOS compared to doing it in the BIOS. How does this affect how I should set the Overclock Profile setting under Jumperfree Config in the BIOS.

The AI booster program can be very dangerous. I have heard that it raises voltages to oc and it doesn't work. Just read the guide at the top of CPU/processors and do it manually through the bios.

Fair enough. Can I not install it or is installation automatic with the NVidia drivers? Also, which BIOS setting should I use, Manual, Standard, Auto, AI Overclock, or AI NOS. ( I read the guide, but it isn't specific to this BIOS so I wasn't sure.)
