it seems to me that you're just asking too much of your memory... and even if your memory is certified for such high freqencies, the mobo isn't.
i'd just advise that you run higher multiplier(or if you're lucky enough to have your cpu running 250+ mhz at max multi, use a mem ratio), lower fsb/htt at tighter timings. the performance difference from different ram speed at the same cpu speed is minimal
sorry if this answer disappoints you, but be realistic - its not very likely they'd ever fix this with just a bios update. after all, the mobo was designed to run at 200mhz.
or do such frequencies work fine with the deluxe boards at 1t? if so, then there's something spooky, i admit
maybe they'd surprise us and get this working too

then this'd be the best overclocking nf4 board together with the msi and dfi. just dont get your hopes too high - i find it more likely that such kind of OCing will be possible with the next hardware revision only.
