A8N-SLI HDD corruption on OC

When ever I get above a 235 HTT, my hard drive gets corrupted and I can't get back into windows without a fresh install of XP. I've checked my pci locks with Clockgen4 and it's locked, but my friggin' HDD still gets corrupted. I've tried to loosen RAM timings but it handles 220 HTT at 2-2-2-5 1T with no problems, I've upped vcore and vdimm voltages and still, the same problem happens. I wonder if I got a bad MB. Does anyone know why this would be happening and how they corrected their own problems?

I saw HDD corruption with my A8N-SLI whether it was overclocked or not. (trid different BIOSes etc).

Absolutely no problems since I've switched to my DFI NF4-Ultra

With some A8N-SLI BIOS revisions, you can lock the PCI buss speed @ 33.33, which will help prevent HD getting corrupted during OC.

Just select the "Advanced" tab in the BIOS, and scroll down and select "JumperFree Configuration",

and set the "PCI clock synchronization mode" to 33.33.

Yes, I have already locked the pci bus in the bios as Clockgen4 and nTune both confirm this. I'm beginning to think the Asus A8N-SLI is the wrong board for me. Too many OC problems that I think I'll just switch to the DFI SLI-DR and forget about the Asus.
