A8N SLI Deluxe memory compatibility question

The motherboard manual has this:

"Due to CPU limitation, DIMM modules with 128 Mb memory chips or double sided x16 memory chips are not supported in this motherboard."

Now supposing that I have 2 x 512MB DIMMS of Corsair CMX512-3200XLPT (2.2.2.5) memory marketed as one of those 1 Gig TwinX pairs for dual channel so the 2 DIMMS are identical. Physically, these modules each have 8 chips on one side and 8 chips on the other side for a total of 16 chips each. On the Corsair compatibility site:

http://compatible.corsairmemory.com/Default.aspx

I entered the ASUS A8N SLI Deluxe and it told me that this memory would be compatible with the motherboard. However, from what I see reading the motherboard manual, it looks contrary because to me, this memory looks like it has "x16" memory chips AND is double sided. So what I am hoping is that I am wrong in what I think it means in the manual by "x16" memory chips and that this memory will be fine. (Yes I know now about the thread that says don't buy fancy memory for an Athlon 64 but too late for that now). Can somebody explain or point me to a link about how to read the physical layout notations for DIMMS works? Am I screwed here? Thanks!

Anybody?? Help!
