A8N SLI Deluxe Maxtor 300GB SATA NCQ issue

So I have a Diamond Max 9 that wont work with this board.

I want to pull the trigger on 4 of these 300 gigs, has anyone with this model drive Model 6B300S0 gotten them to work with this board. Tons of issues with these drives and this board, hard to tell if the 1004 bios fixed the NCQ problem

I am running this with no problem. The beta 1003 gave me issues, but the 1004 series works fine.
