A8n-Sli and Edonkey

every time i run edonkey for more than 10minutes, my PC crashes and i get blue screened? I dont have any problems using Azureus. im using the hardware firewall,could this be the problem? although it still happens when its disabled.
please help its drivin me nuts!!

Try uninstalling NIC drivers and see what happens. Do you run the latest NIC drivers?

if i uninstall the drivers will the onboard hardware firewall still work??

let me guess.. the BSOD is HTTP.SYS

It's the Nvidia firewall causing the problem.

Option 1) Uninstall NAM (Nvidia Acess Manager) this disables the firewall.

Option 2) Install the drivers for the Marvell NIC and use that instead.

Uninstall the nVidia firewall and NAM. I had the same problem. I went back to using ZoneAlarm as my firewall.
