I installed a new CNPS-7000 heatsink, and now my computer won't POST. 🙁 The lights and fans all turn on, and the chipset heatsink heats up. I think the problem is the CPU or motherboard, but I don't have another socket 939 board to test. Can someone in South Bay LA help me test the CPU?
