I would like to get feedback on which memory should be used for this MB aloung with a AMD X2 3800+. My goal is to overclock in the long run and run stable of course. I am looking for feedback on which type of memory is good for this build to overclock and preferebly be 2x1GB (2 1GB sticks) or 2x512MB (2 512MB sticks)

Thanks!

2 X 1GB or more is absolutely essential for gaming so you don't have a choice there unless you are thinking of 4 X 512mb.

Overclocker RAM : Corsair XMS and some OCZ are good ocers, check for mobo

Absolutely essential? Whatever...

Nice to have? Yes.

Just to add another "player" to the count, I've had great luck on the A8N-E with Mushkin ram. I replaced my OCZ Plat. with Mushkin Extreme series and perhaps it was just luck of the draw, perhaps not........the Mushkin (same specs) O/C'ed much better on the A8N-E.
