Some nice points about this combo:
1. A8-7670K (3.6/3.9) has almost the same clocks are the Athlon x 4 860K (3.7/4.0) so if the person ever adds a GPU they only give up 100 Mhz at stock clocks compared to the Athlon x 4. However, with that mentioned, the A8-7670K will probably overclock better due to it being a Godavari rather than a Kavari (re; newer silicon revision and soldered rather than TIM under heatspreader)
2. MSI A68H Grenade board has header with third party usb 3.0. This is helpful because most cases these days have front panel usb 3.0 and the A68H chipset only has two native usb 3.0 which normally go on the back panel.
