I am thinking of buying a A7V133 mobo. Is 1.2Ghz cpu the most sensibla choice? Are all 1.2Ghz unlocked? I am kinda a novice to overclocking so i would be happy if i dont need to unlock it myself.

A7V133 is an excellent choice. Most 1.2Ghz cpus come unlocked but not all.

Would it increase performance to get the new 266bus athlon?

The new 266bus Athlon is basically the same as the 200bus Athlon. The former uses a default multiplier of 9 x 133Mhz = 1.2 Ghz while the latter uses 12 x 100Mhz = 1.2 Ghz. Get the 200bus Athlon, connect the L1 bridges yourself, save a few bucks, and put a smile on yuor face when you wake up in the morning.
