A7V133 on XP 1700+?

Quick Question: are XP's compatible with the A7V133 mobo for SURE? I've read into this, and I've been getting mixed responses from sites that I've found as well as from some of the guys here.. the reason I'm asking is because I've been having massive problems since I've switched to an XP from my previous T-bird (which is dead now).. I've attributed the problem all this time to the CPU since that was the only thing I've changed, but now I'm not sure because some software seems to be having conflicts too.. please help! Thanks!
 
Not for SURE. It's all about getting lucky. I've got a revision 1.04 board working perfectly with an overclocked XP2000+, in jumperless mode. Iv'e only heard from a small handful that also have perfect stability with their boards and an XP cpu.

Well the good news is, I ended up getting a sweet deal on an Epox mobo that will solve all of my problems.. and it's working beautifully😀
