a7v133 dividers wont drop

i have an 800tbird on a a7v133, it runs fine at 1g, but i noticed in sandra that the dividers, both agp and pci, didnt drop, there still at 2/3 and 1/3 respectively instead of 1/2 and 1/4. any1 out there please help.
bios 1002a-1 by the way (thinking about flashing back 2 1001c to see if that helps)

Sandra does not have a clue on VIA KT133 boards.The readings are WRONG Do not trust them . Trust the BIOS instead.
