A7V / SB Live!Value compatibility

My A7V can't detect my SB Live!Value board. I've tried to install the board into different slots on the motherboard. Do any of you know what the problem is?
 
Well, I have the SAME problem! Post your hardware and maybe we can find a common link and go from there. I have:
Athlon 850 thunderBird (retail)
Asus A7V (rev. 1.02 and bios 1004a)
Diamond V770U (TNT2 ULTRA) @ 4xAGP
Soundblaster Live! Value (on slot 3, tried others though)
NetGear FA310 TX (Fast Ethernet Card)
IBM 75GXP 30GB on Master/Primary ATA100
Creative 32x CD on Master/Primary ATA33

Anyone have any ideas here?

Everything works fine in win2k, excwept that it won't recognize the SB Live! Value
