a7v not working!!!! help me

hey hey i put in a tbird 750 not trying to oc. all i got in is the switches ram processor vid card and system speaker. no vid on boot. no beeps on boot. whats the deal? help me please!
 
Make sure that everything is connected firmly:

CPU
RAM
AGP
ATX Power
Power switch

Do the fans spin up when you turn it on? Also, have you checked to make sure the power supply is on? Some ATX PSUs have a power switch.
 
nope not working yet. but yes the onboard mobo light is working for standby power/power on, the led's are working, and the cpu fan powers on when it is on, and it switches off, when the switch is held down.

and i finally got around to testing the processor (had to find someone with a compatible system) and it looks like the chip is dead.
