A7V bios flash... which utility

I am a real newbie to flashing the bios and have no clue which utility to use since there a like 5 listed on the asus site.. Also i see alot of ppl talkin about bios version 1005a and 1005b where are you finding them? The lastest 1 I see on the asus site is 1004c. THX
 
1005a and 1005b are like in Beta to my knowledge. -- edit --

Anyway, if you goto the asus site and look in the download/bios section you'll find a program called asus updater. It's an incredibly easy way of flashing your bios(it actually does it while you're still in windows!).
