A7N8X with which Corsair XMS Modules?

www.newegg.com lists two different Corsair XMS DDR400 Ram modules:

CORSAIR MEMORY XMS Extreme Memory Speed Series 512MB 64MX64 PC-3200C2PT With Platinum - Silver Heat Spreader OEM

CORSAIR MEMORY XMS Extreme Memory Speed Series 512MB 32MX8 PC-3200C2 With Heat Spreader

Both are priced identical.
The only thing I see different is the memory organization "64MX64" vs. "32MX8", and Silver vs Black Heat Spreader.

Both are listed at memory timings of 2-3-3-6.

im sure one of them is single sided memory and the other is double sided.

there the same, one has platinum heat spreaders (PT) and one has black heatspreader, both of which are equaly useless
