I just had my motherboard RMA'd and it seems that the only memroy slot that is working is the slot 3(the very right one). When I put memory into the first or second slots, the computer turns on but never posts. ANy suggestions? Thanks!

 
I have that exact same motherboard, and exact same problem. I can't use memory slots 1 or 2.

The reason, for me anyway, was an unfortunate accident one time when installing the heatsink. I damaged two of the traces on the PCB, and these traces apparently were needed by the two memory slots. Fortunately, the board still runs...

Take a close look at the traces running by the CPU to see if any are damaged.
