A64 vs. Opteron?

I've got an A64 3500+ Socket 939 proc and have a chance to get an Opteron.
What is the differenct between my current and AMD Opteron 144 Socket 939 1.8GHZ 1MB Cache?
Mainly what is the big difference between A64 and Opterons? THanks!
 
The name. Opterons tend to overclock better because they are better bins. They also have 1MB L2. Personally I'd stick to the 3500+.
